
The relationship between Culligan and V Networks has grown:
“Having had poor experiences in the past with other suppliers
when transferring lines, my initial plan was purely to review
the billing side of our telecoms service. However, once we started
working with V Networks we became more and more confident
that they would handle our requirements well and they have gone
on to provide us with many other telecoms services.”
The call management portal has benefited Culligan in several
ways:
“The portal is nice and easy to use, with all the information
at hand that I need. The recent transfer of our lines to V Networks
has meant that I can see the usage on all of our lines in one
place making it easier to review unnecessary lines.”
Incidentally the most immediate evidence of cost-saving through
adopting a V Number was for the rewrapping of Culligan's
fleet of delivery vans. With just one number used throughout
the UK, only one design was required for all the vehicles.
