V REPLAY
Record and analyse incoming and outgoing calls. This product works hand in hand
with our NGN offering. Replay is a call recording service that records telephone
calls within our national network.
You are able to access your recorded calls via a secure website-based search tool.
Call recording files can be played via a PC, downloaded for archiving or sent as
e-mail attachments.
We can also offer an upgrade to Replay called 'Replay Plus' which adds automated
call scoring to the system, along with details of the agent who made or answered
the call.
